Wow ! What can I say this is a absolute must visit , i sprung across this secret little gem and from the get go both me and my partner was impressed , the atmosphere is great and you are welcomed by warm and friendly staff with a shared passion for the cafe , the food is amazing. The diamond of this gem is the host Michelle , I booked an evening class of pottery for 6 and it was one of the best experiences I shared. Michelle is such a wonderful person and from the get go you instantly feel welcomed for her passion of the business. The evening was such a cute but calming experience and I would 100 percent recommend this to anyone. 10/10

Natures Goods at The Nuttery is an absolute delight! The moment you walk in, you're greeted by the cutest, coziest, and most romantic atmosphere — it feels like a little hidden retreat in the heart of West Malling. The décor is charming and everything is spotless, from the tables to the beautifully arranged displays. The staff were fantastic — so friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. They made us feel completely at home. The food, cakes, and drinks were all top tier — everything tasted fresh, homemade, and full of flavor. Amazing quality and great value for money too! It’s the kind of place you want to keep coming back to — whether for a relaxing coffee, a sweet treat, or just to soak up the peaceful vibe. A truly special spot. Highly recommend!

I had an absolutely wonderful one on one session on the pottery wheel with Michelle who was a brilliant teacher and very engaging, friendly and warm. l have had several disastrous attempts before but now feel excited and confident. Rather pleased with my first successful pots....ones with paper in. I highly recommend and can't wait to do one of her courses.

Having visited three times, I feel I've experienced enough to review. Positives - the food and cakes itself are lovely. - the location is superb, perfect actually. Negatives - the service, two times from the same guy. Drinks arriving long after food, having to be reminded. This happened on two occasions with the sme young guy. - make sure to check if they have an afternoon tea booked, as they put all the effort on this and pretty much forget all other customers, even stopping food orders

What a fantastic little gem, Michelle the owner is such a kind smiley lovely lady. We had such a great time and didn’t want our pottery night to finish. Michelle laid out a lovely spread of homemade cakes and sandwiches and the best quiche ! All homemade and delicious . I will definitely re visit and recommend .

Absolutely delicious. The sausage roll was incredible - great amount of black pepper in the sausage, superb flavour. Pastry was balanced flakey and moist. Goats cheese sourdough was deliciously healthy also. Both meals served with sweet and savoury salad. Cakes also lovely as in pictures. Chocolate tart was very rich :D. Only suggested improvements.. Staff could seem more approachable and keen to have a conversation (might be It was busy today?!). Also, if door could be closed when it's windy or rainy outside, that would also be great! New: Staff very friendly and chatty on second visit and welcoming, despite our little one running around. Pistachio cake was AMAZING. Moist and light and generous portion. Door kept closed in cold weather also. All previous feedback immediately taken on board. Thank you!
